How do you assess the condition of your items?

Each piece is individually inspected before being listed on our website. We assign a condition grade based on its overall state, which is displayed on the product page.

Are the pieces unique?

Yes. Most items available at SPREZZATURA are one-of-a-kind. Once sold, a piece will generally not be restocked.

Can I reserve an item?

As most of our pieces are unique, we do not offer reservations. An item remains available until another customer successfully completes the checkout process.

When will the next drops take place?

Our collections are released through regular drops. To receive early access and be informed about upcoming releases, we recommend joining our mailing list.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return, in accordance with our return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition.
